Our Philosophy
At Latte-Da Coffee & Kitchen we pride ourselves on our fresh seasonal menu, locally sourced ingredients and an obsessive passion for exceptional coffee. Situated in Crickhowell, at the heart of the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog) National Park, Latte-Da is the perfect spot to relax, or catch up with friends amidst the breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
Our Coffee
We source our coffee directly from Extract Coffee Roasters, Bristol - winners of the Best All Round Speciality Coffee Roaster at the UK Coffee Awards 2022.
Alongside exceptionally flavoured roasts, Extract focus on ethical and sustainable production by building long-term relationships with their coffee growers ensuring practices exceed and surpass fair trade standards in return for exceptional quality coffee. We honour Extract’s speciality roasts by ensuring all our Baristas are expertly trained and pour each coffee with an unparalleled attention to detail.

Our FOOD
Each dish on our seasonal menu of nourishing breakfasts, hearty lunches and homemade cakes is prepared in house using only fresh ingredients. We pride ourselves in partnering with local suppliers such as: the Black Mountain Smokery and Cashells Butchers to support and showcase the very best of local produce.

Situated in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park, Latte-Da is fully committed to sustainability and reducing waste from our kitchen to our counter. We prioritise eco-friendly practices by sourcing local ingredients wherever possible, using Vegware™ compostable takeaway cups and biodegradable takeaway packing.
Our in-house recycling system is supported by our commitment to ensuring all our coffee grounds find a new home in gardens throughout the surrounding community. We continuously strive to improve our own sustainability infrastructure in an effort to contribute to a greener future for our community and the environment.
